      Item listed as “fully operational” but after sale seller messaged & said it was “untested”. Item arrived & looked ok so I cleaned it & made minor adjustments/repairs. Noticed a rubber wheel was crumbling & needs replacement for item to function. Reached out to seller for partial refund since I had made improvements & it would cost to ship it back. Would not entertain idea. Part is no longer in production so I have to find & part out another vintage label maker or find someone to 3D print part.
