Der unfreundliche Kundenservice konnte mir dann auch nicht weiter helfen. Zum Schluss konnte man sich nicht vorstellen wie das Loch in die Plane gekommen ist und es wurde angedeutet das man es selber hinein gemacht hat. Der Kaufpreis Betrug 199 Euro und als Entschädigung wurden mir 3 bis 5 Euro angeboten. Die Anleitung ist nur ein Blatt auf chinesisch die voll hilfreich ist 🙈
