There are a couple notable differences: chinstrap looks a bit different. You could replace with an issue one but note the chinstrap buttons are folding pinback type, not screw post. Cap will need to shaped a bit to fit properly (can use rubber band over said buttons) but overall a well made repro and could pass inspection with some minor tweaks.
