    Seller tried to send this as a letter to skimp on shipping. Meanwhile 2 make up pencils do not fit through the letter sorter at usps. So the item came with $6 postage due. I contacted the seller....and crickets. NOTHING. No apologies, No refund, Not Even a Good Story or excuse. Had to open a case with ebay and wait...and wait...and wait. They refused to get back to me no matter how many times I wrote. They know they are not mailing letters. WTH??????
