Why? 1) Prior to purchase I contacted them and received a speedy reply, but after ordering they were very difficult to get a response from. 2) They listed the item as a Monsoon stereo, which is what we need for our customers 19000 original mile '89 Turbo Trans Am, but they sent a standard stereo. 3) The stereo was supposed to be completely refurbished but was definitely not, it had the BT added but otherwise was untouched.
