    Dismissive seller. Item was poorly packaged. It was a bag that was shipped to me tightly wrapped. Despite my best efforts to remove the item from the package carefully, my scissors clipped one of the straps. There were no attempts made to secure them. I reached out to the seller regarding my the issue and they made an excuse that this how they send their clothes, minimizing my experience with them. I asked if they would like to remedy the situation and they did not respond. Don’t buy from them.

    So I packaged a soft shelled case into a paper bag like and sent it to customer ON the label i put "DO NOT CUT! OPEN WITH CARE!! the customer xontacts me and says she CUT the strap of case NO pictures, No proof Just I should not have shipped item like that I have been shipping in bags (like amazon) for over !% years First time someone CUT the item to open package !! HMMMMM make you wonder right Also I paid for shipping, if customer needed a box they should have said something
