    The item I ordered (a rattan summer bag) came direct from 'Shein' (at least this was the returns address given on the parcel.) For this reason, I chose to return the item but the seller was very good about issuing a refund. The item was also in good condition when it arrived and was reasonable quality. However, for personal reasons, I do not believe in supporting certain brands due to worker's conditions etc.
