The flap with the handle portion is reinforced and heavier, so it hangs down almost vertically. I made a reinforcement to fix it, but it should not fit this way. Fitment to my car was acceptable, a bit loose but it does align and does not rattle. Packaging was good. Shipper is DHL, so timely and accurate delivery is what you would expect from them (read their reviews online).
