Was protected very well in the box as well. Plenty of quality packing and bubble wrap. However, the unit itself was unable to be re-programmed. Acted just as the one I was replacing. Would not communicate in order to link to my car. It seems as though it is "bricked". Just like my factory ecu that I need the replacement for. Had professionals trying but, no luck.
