Outer packaging was damaged on delivery, inside the massager had no packaging, was not in plastic wrap, it has abrasions on both sides, it had crumbs and broken plastic pieces in the massage pockets. To represent as NEW, then list as 'No returns' is very shady. I will be contacting eBay.
