Once I receive my items and open the box, one of the items spilled completely out. I contacted seller about the issue and they responded by that they were not sure which product I bought and I needed to contact USPS. The box wasn't damaged on the outside and had no signs it was damaged during transport. I notified seller and sent pictures. Seller admitted to buying product from the original product site and never seen the actual product.
