    Second time I've tried to purchase this product from this seller. First time they sent the wrong product; this second time it didn't arrive. Apparently, there was an incident with the postage, and it was damaged. I was issued a refund without knowing why. Contacted them to be told the story (I would rather have had them re-send the product, but they didn't give me this option.) Had to go elsewhere to get what I want.
