    The packaging it came in was so tarnished, they had to delay the delivery, due to the bottom of the box falling off. When I got the item it was incomplete, missing items and didn't have enough tape so I had to buy additional items just to make it useable. Plus, they increased the price of the item immediately after putting it in my basket 🙄. There is no timer option on the AC and it leaks occasionally.
