    Trends Auto did not ship the mounting bolts for this order. They were difficult to source the very small Metric bolts for this. The seller REFUSED to ship the mounting hardware that was missing in my box

    We can appreciate the embellishment of the situation to make us look like the bad guy. Yes, we understand that the manufacturer failed to include the mounting bolts in the package you've received. It's not that we "refused" to ship them as if we had them and chose to withhold them from you...we don't have any to send you. Thank you for letting everyone know just how difficult it was to find metric bolts, your understanding on why we only offered the option to return it for a refund is welcome.
