They tried everything to make it right for me, even tried to get one from another seller. They also contacted the company Puremco and they wouldn't replace the missing tile because they didn't purchase the set directly from them. The company told them they’ve been getting a lot of complaints with these sets having missing tiles. To make it right, the seller refunded all of my money. I really appreciated that!
