She really went above and beyond, even bubble wrapping the small details, like the tip top handle of my Amberina separately w/ its own little protective wrap, extra bubble wrap on the inside AND outside of both parts. Not to mention the styrofoam blocks to separate the two parts from being banged during the shipping process. Love the card! Lighting speed shipping!! A++!
