I purchased 2 of these ceiling fans and 1 of them stopped working after a month. I messsaged the seller with a video, pictures and clear explanation several times with ALL details to the defective unit as they requested.I also had the electrical outlet tested and it was good. After getting the run around for days, they decided to keep requesting more info including me taking the unit apart. It was horrible customer service, I will shop elsewhere as I do not trust this ebay seller. Dishonest.
