Shocking customer service, wouldn’t issue refund or pay for item to be returned to them. The item didn’t match the description photo, even though I had contacted them prior to purchase to confirm accuracy before ordering. Offered a £5 refund initially, which was refused, after many messages back and fourth, they offered £15 and for me to pay for the return, of a £36 order!! I ended up having to get eBay involved to issue me with a full refund, which they did! DON’T BUY!
