We will ship only once payment confirmation has been received from Ebay to our satisfaction.
We will usually ship only to a PayPal verified address.
We will usually ship using Royal Mail postal services. This provides us with confirmation of delivery. You agree to accept site of this confirmation as proof of delivery.
We may use 'signed for' service for higher value items, the same provisions apply.
In the event that you ask us to instruct the carrier to leave an item in a 'safe place' or with a neighbour the delivery will be considered as complete once the carrier has confirmed delivery to us. You assume full responsibility for the goods once the delivery has been made.
You accept that you have an obligation to take reasonable steps to facilitate a completed delivery. This includes an agreement that you will contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or collection of the parcel in the event that nobody is available to accept the parcel at the time of the initial carrier delivery attempt.
