Goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions. The original packing must be returned in reasonable condition

Goods return postage is the responsibility of the buyer after 7 days unless item is faulty or sent in error
We are unable to refund for custom orders ie extra keys or individual product lengths that are not listed. Any Item sent back with buyers remorse will be subject to a discretionary charge of 25% of the full sales price or £1.50 flat fee, dependant on which one is the greater.
