Should you Order be returned to us either for failure to collect from your local sorting Office or incomplete address there will be a £2 surcharge to resend it or cancel the order. I will contact you as soon as I receive returned order should I not get a response from you within 14 days your order will be refunded minus the surcharge should your order be less than the surcharge then there will be no refund. Exclusion to the surcharge is if I have sent the order after you requested it to be cancelled.

All orders must be placed before 4 pm this includes special delivery as the local Post office finalises their special delivery between 4.30-4.45 pm to get same day shipping exceptions to this are orders placed at the weekend these will be shipped Monday/Tuesday(Bank Holidays).
