SO ITS A SMALL REPAIR / MAINTENENACE JOB for the technically competent ! - OTHERWISE Good cosmetic and working condition for its age.no serial number seen I would say this is the Art Deco Era or earlier . The bell also works as expected with pleasing ting... overall height 23 cm base 11 cm sq .. nice patina - a good example This came from a fine house clearance in France so has not bounced around auctions dealers etc .”
