Terms and conditions of the sale
1. As a valued customer you may cancel your purchase
any time within 7 days from the date of invoice and we will give a full refund of the Price Paid (excluding any carriage costs and listing costs or re-stocking fees, whichever is greater.)
 
2. Faulty Goods: If an item is delivered to you in a faulty state and you notify us within 7 days from the invoice date, then we will offer to refund, repair or replace the faulty item. Once 7 days have expired, then a repair or replacement will be offered within the specified warranty period only.
 
3. The Company accepts the responsibility of incorrectly dispatched goods (i.e. goods not matching the specification on the accompanying invoice) if notified in writing, or by email () or by telephone to, and agreed by, the company within 7 working days of receipt. The Company agrees to pay the return postage to us of the incorrect item and send the correct goods at our cost. The Company does not accept any consequential loss to the customer during this period and offers no compensation for such.
 
4. If no warranty is specified then a standard warranty of 30 days from the date of invoice exists.
