Boards are in good condition with just wear around edges and probably more noticeable along spine edges. All titles are legible. Spine ends are a bit bumped. Binding is sound. Contains 28 double mounted photographs of watercolours by the American artist, Adelaide Hanscom. The negatives for the images in this book were destroyed during the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake. Each plate has a glassine tissue guard. Noted that there is a small hole on the edge of the first 40 pages and on the marbled endpapers at the front and please see images. The occasional handling mark on pages but vast majority are clean and plates are in good condition. Lovely headers and footers on pages of text. Pages are rough cut. Classified as being in good condition.”
