No issue with the item but cancelled my first order within seconds of placing it as saw a cheaper deal with the same seller so reordered that instead. Refund for the first ordered item was declined after 5 days even though I had already received the second order within 2 days and they had charged my account for the first one but never sent it. When contacted I then received the despatch email a few hours later and received it after 7 days despite them claiming it was too late for a refund!
