DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Once your order is confirmed, we will endeavour to deliver the goods within the delivery frame time that applies UK (domestic mainland only) orders include free next working day delivery via a fully trackable service

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
 
If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and same condition as sent within 14 days. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging. The warranty only covers any hardware issues kindly note warranty does not cover burn break & liquid damage/software’s issues or tampered warranty stickers (repaired from elsewhere) Applebite2ndbite is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs and it’s your sole responsibly to ensure the backup of date Accessories come with product like charger, cable, plug or headphone only cover for 30 days.
Any accidental damage, liquid damage, damage with mishandling of item or due to pressure on screen damage does not cover under warranty.
 
Faulty products
 
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, we may offer repair or an exchange for the same, or a similar product, depending on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange, we order faulty part and it may take some time to do so.
