SHIPPING POLICY
TAXES & DUTIES
Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.
 
 
MISSING PARCELS
On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately these Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
 
 
INCORRECT INFORMATION
Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
 
If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

SHIPPING POLICY
We use a variety of courier services and you will be charged differently depending on the product and your location. Due to new costs being introduced by couriers, we do not redeliver if there is a futile delivery attempt at your address. Your package will be held at your local depot available for pickup. Your package can be redelivered but it will be charged at a cost of $15/redelivery and there is a 24 hour turnaround time for redeliveries to be actioned by couriers. We always recommend that you put your business address as your delivery address to ensure successful delivery.
 
 
 
HOLIDAY PERIODS
During Christmas and sale periods please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. We aim to get your orders out ASAP, as we know how important it is to receive your items promptly. Please know that not always, but in some instances the volume of orders we receive may increase delivery timeframes marginally. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service team via email.
 
REFUND/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS.
 
If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong product, we offer a 30-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee as long as the part is unopened and in original packaging.
 
Not all items purchased from StreetFX can be returned for a refund. Items that are not in stock in the StreetFX warehouse that need to be ordered form an international supplier cannot be returned.
 
If the product has a problem to where it cannot be installed or its primary function is at fault we will facilitate a manufacturer warranty to either get you a replacement or money back, Some manufacturers require any return to be processed through their own RMA system , then a refund or money back will not be possible until such time it is approved faulty by the manufacturer
 
Any charges (Shipping, Insurances, Packing Material etc.) that are non-recoverable costs will be deducted from the amount prior to a refund being issued.
 
Please note any products that have been opened, test fitted, damaged, packaging or contents lost or damaged will NOT be accepted for return.
 
Cancellation may only be available if your order has not bee processed, most orders will process within 24hrs of ordering, if your order has been processed a restocking fee may be charged.
 
Any item that has already departed the warehouse will not be available for cancellation, a refund can occur once the item has been sent back to us in an unopened and new condition with any fees associated with it (refer to return tab)
 
Custom orders that require specific personalization or special-order items not warranted to any cancellation; the buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order at their time of purchase.
 
For Custom/Special Order items a cancellation may be available however the cost of the item may be removed from the refund depending on material and labor fee that are not recoverable.
 
Any cancellation will instantly result in a 6% processing fee, this covers the accounting process required as well and non-recoverable fees associated with the sale.
 
 
 
HOW do I return my purchased item?
 
Please contact StreetFX via Email (returns@streetfx.com.au), once approved an RMA number must be assigned to your order.
 
Once an RMA number has been assigned you will be required to return the item back to noted return address provided, ensure you use a courier service with tracking capabilities and insurance options. Ensure the item is packaged well and securely and will not deteriorate or get damaged. The item must be returned in perfect original condition including its original packaging for a return to be completed without issue.
 
Once your item has been returned it will be inspected before any refund will be processed, this may take up to 72 hours.
