    Items that arrive damaged that are custom made no refund will be offered, replacements will be sent upon receiving the damaged/faulty unit back. If you simply change your mind no refund or exchanges can be made as customized merchandise is unique.
     
    For non customized sales, replacement will be sent if available or refund will be given upon receiving damaged/faulty merchandise back. If refund wanted simply because of change of mind on non customized merchandise a 20% restocking fee will apply.
     
    Buyer to pay return postage in all cases and merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
     
    Breakages/damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of item.
