Yodel were a nightmare - unable to access a block of flats when postmen, couriers, cleaners, window cleaners, utility people etc have no problem. They claimed I wasn't in (wrong), didn't leave the package in the post box lobby, didn't deliver to a neighbour who was in and received a DHL package. They then provided a string of un-kept promises regard later today/tomorrow delivery. Received 09 July rather than 29 June only after the effective and efficient intervention of the seller.
