Product not working and he said it would cost him to restock...this item was clearly not working and I should've been able to return to him to get a full refund...instead he fobbed me off to the manufacturer. I am sorry that the buyer is not satisfied with my help but the buyer was focused on returning the headphones. I sold him new, unused headphones, originally packed. I think it was an ill-considered purchase. The buyer claims that he waited a long time for headphones but bought 9 November and already wrote for the return on 11 November. She wrote me only one message "Headphones arrived today, but they keep stop starting and skipping songs" and he immediately applied for a return. I do not recomme
