1. Introduction
Tim & Jims Ltd works hard to ensure we provide the very best experience when shopping online. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us so in order to avoid any misunderstanding please take the time to read the following terms and conditions that you are agreeing to when you purchase from us on eBay. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. Products, Pricing and Availability
We may change the price, description and availability of any product at any time. These changes supersede all previous details and prices.
Different models of computer monitor display colours differently. Colours shown are a representation of the actual product - we will ensure the colours are as close as possible to the actual item.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. If any goods ordered are not available we will offer either an alternative or a refund.
You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate at the time of order. Should an order be returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address we reserve the right to charge postage to send to the correct address.
We will only send items to the address you give when completing your order. We will not send to an alternative address given in either an e-Mail or eBay message.
4. Special Offers
Occasionally we will offer discounts on our orders as per the eBay Promotions Manager tool. In order to qualify for these offers you must follow the instructions given by eBay and especially use the Add to Basket button where applicable. Failure to do this will invalidate the offer.
5. Shipping
We aim to ship all orders on the same day as purchase if ordered prior to midday Monday to Friday. Orders received at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be shipped on the following working day.
"Buy Before midday, for Next Day Delivery": Based on feedback received 95% of our customers receive their items on the next working day where 1st Class Royal Royal Mail is the standard postage option.
Items sent by 1st Class should arrive within 1-2 days of dispatch. Items sent by 2nd Class should arrive within 2-3 days. However, delays do occasionally occur in the postal system that we are not responsible for so please allow up to 7 days from the day you receive dispatch notification for delivery of your order.
Courier items will be fully tracked and should arrive within 24-48 hours of the dispatch notification.
6. Returns
As per the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014 you have a right to return your purchase for a refund within the criteria laid down in the product details. However in the case of software purchases we will only refund if the software is sealed unless it is faulty.
7. Force Majeure
We shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods delivered resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to, war, strikes, shortages of labour, fuel, power, raw materials, industrial disputes, transportation disruptions, inability to ship, flood, fire, explosion or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
8. Complaints
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we endeavour to ensure that our customers are delighted with their purchases. However, things do occasionally go wrong and we are only too happy to put things right.
