Shipments
Goods are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery as standard or another courier of our choice. If appropriate you will be supplied a tracking number. Goods are generally dispatched same or next day. Please note that we dispatch daily Monday to Friday. However during very busy periods this may increase. Postage upgrades are available as laid out on the postal tab.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that goods can be delivered to the address specified on the order (shipping address).
The redirection of packages is not possible. Goods can only be shipped to the address specified at point of order.

Cancellation and your rights
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do decide to cancel your order, you will have your payment returned in line with our policy below. Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition along with the original packaging. Part used packs are deemed as used and accepted by you and will not be accepted as a return. Refund of payment will be in line with the payment used at the time to purchase the original goods.
You have a 7 day cooling off period from the day you receive your goods, in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us.A full refund will be given, including any original delivery charges.
If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by us.
We take great care to package all goods properly. All goods returned to us should be returned in the original packaging and protected against postal damage. Failure to comply with this request, or goods received back to us damaged through poor or inapropriate packaging may not be subject to a refund or may only be subjet to a partial refund depending on the amount of damage as assesed by us.

Any infringment of these rights will be acted upon in cases of dishonesty, theft and any act not in accordance with the laws of the country they occurred in. Action will be taken and damages will be sought on any act deemed by the solicitors acting for The Paperbox Ltd, to breach the infringment rights of The Paperbox and any other associated companies or companies licenced to use The Paperbox brand name and/or logo.
