When You Receive Your Order
 
Although we do everything to get your order to you as safely as possible, it is very important to check your order immediately for any visible signs of damage or missing items. Please check your order ASAP after receiving it and let us know of any damages or anything missing straight away by calling 01213567546. A refund will then be issued upon arrival of the goods. For all faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will gladly cover the return cost but for standard delivery only but we must receive a proof of postage receipt either by email or included in your parcel.
