LOST ITEMS
Lost items will only be replaced and not refunded. The royal mail do not class items lost until 15 working days. After this time we will send a form that will need to be signed confirming the lost item and returned back to us. Only when it is received back we will then send you out a replacement item.
 
INTERNATIONAL LOST
 
Items lost will be replaced after 25 working days as per royal mail rules.
 
FAULTY AND DAMAGED GOODS
 
Faulty or Damaged items will be replaced when the item is returned to us and only if it has not be used or fitted. This must be done within 30 days. We do not replace broken piston rings.
 
Motorcycle parts
There is no returns for replacements for any damage caused by incorrect fitting by the user. All parts should be installed by a qualified mechanic, we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by professional fitting procedures not undertaken.
