Hudson and others. 104 photographs in black and white. 8 distribution maps and 40 diagrams. Bound in the publishers original green cloth with gilt title lettering to spine. Boards and spine have faded which seems commonplace with this title, otherwise binding is tight and square. The 317 pages remain in clean, presentable condition. The text is superbly supplemented by the photographs, maps and diagrams. Prev owner's name to the fep (D H - David Henry Cushing FRS, English born fisheries biologist, who is credited with the development the match/mismatch hypothesis as an explanation for reduced fish stocks as associated with climatic variability. As opposed to other important fisheries biologists, such as Daniel Pauly)”
