WARRANTY
All Warranty is limited to Hardware components Only. Any Software that has been Accessed/Used OR Activated by the customer is non-refundable/ not Covered by any guarantee or warranty from first Use.
 
Depending on the item you bid the duration for which you can return a faulty or damaged item to us will depend on the warranty we have stated within the individual listing. Please ensure you have checked the duration of the warranty period to which we offer (if one has been provided by us) as when this warranty period is over we will not be able to refund you the cost of the item / offer a replacement. Although we may only offer a limited time warranty, with most of the items we sell there is a full manufactures warranty provided (Dependant of the Condition of the item); However We Cannot Guarantee this, and is not to be considered a certainty. Warranty with the Manufacturer is dependant on the Individual Manufacturers returns and Warranty Policy and it is at their discretion to decide the duration of which the product is covered or not covered by Warranty. It will be the responsibility of the auction winner to register and claim any warranty from the manufacturer which is outside our own warranty period.
 
* Please Note that INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Outside UK) may be subject to further enquiry when returning software or hardware components and be asked to provide further information, based on our company procedures to determine the cause of a faulty product. International customers May not qualify for or have a Limited Manufacturer Warranty only on specific items purchased from within the UK. This will be at the Manufacturers discretion. We advise before Bidding on an item to check the warranty status with the Manufacturer directly based on your Country and location.
 
 
RETURNS POSTAGE
In order to keep our sale prices low, we Must ask that THE BUYER (Both UK & INTERNATIONAL) MUST PAY THE RETURNS POSTAGE costs should they wish to return an item for any reason. To return an item you must first request a return by contacting us Via the Ebay messaging system. We will then provide you with an RMA or Returns Number which must be labelled clearly on the Return Address label. We Do not accept any items in the post that do Not contain a Valid RMA number. Once we have received the item you returned to us we will then carry out a Security and condition Check, before issuing you a Refund.
 
Important RETURNS Info:
In order to Receive a Full refund for an item during your returns period, the item must be in the same condition in which it arrived including any accessories and packaging. All Warranty provided by us will be Void if it is deemed that Physical Damage has caused a fault to occur of any kind.
In cases such as this we may have to issue a Re-stocking Fee for a Percentage of the item cost, or Refuse A refund for the total cost of the item.
 
 
POSTAGE TO THE UK
We send almost all parcels out next day with a courier at a fix cost of £7.35 with a UK post code (Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and Outlying Area's may incur an additional charge so please ask first by sending us your full address details) this will cover you for as many items up to 28kg and no longer then 1.5mtr in length.
 
EUROPE / INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
Customers wishing to purchase items outside the UK MUST contact us first for a postage estimate BEFORE bidding with your full address, as your postage costs may incur further charges dependant on the size and weight of the item. *Some items that are shipped outside of the UK may be subject to Limited or No Manufacturers Warranty based on your location, this is at the manufacturers Discretion. Please check with the Manufacturer of the item directly first before purchasing an item.
