To be eligible for a refund, please make prior contact stating the reason for the return and your desire to return the item or items. If a replacement is not applicable or required then the refund will be issued within one week from when the returned item is received. The returned item or items must be undamaged, complete, unused, in the manfacturer and consignment packagings and is to be returned within thirty days of receiving the item or items. Please ensure that purchased vehicle parts and accessories are fitted by a qualified person or garage. Incorrectly purchased items or items that are no longer required can be also be returned for a refund however the shipping or postage cost which might have been included or not included in the purchase price may be deducted at the standard or average postal or courier rate for the carriage of such items. This also applies to orders returned by the postal or courier services due to incorrect or invalid address details.
 
Please establish contact prior to purchasing if you are not sure about the suitability of an item for your requirement or if you require your order to be dispatched to an address that is different from the registered address of the card or payment method you intend to use to pay for the order.
