Purchasing:

If there is anything that you do not understand within this listing then please contact us BEFORE committing to the purchase as we will take action against any individual or company that refuses to pay for an item that they have committed to purchase.
Delivery
Is made by Royal Mail (Unless other method is mentioned in the listing), all deliveries are undertaken using Royal Mail, www.royalmail.com, and are also subject to all their terms and conditions. The customer agrees to be bound by both Internet Trade Limited and Royal Mail's T&C when purchasing goods
Non-delivery of items sent and items lost in post
Internet Trade Limited will refund, after Royal Mail refunds. All delivery times given are approximate, with the exception of UK "Special Delivery". An item will be considered lost when it has been longer than 14 working days since expected delivery. Royal Mail investigations into missing deliveries take approximately 14 days after receipt of claim. Internet Trade Limited will undertake all claims in the event of non-delivery, the customer agrees to be bound by the above waiting times, and/or until Royal Mail have completed the investigation into the missing delivery. If/when Royal Mail pays compensation, Internet Trade Limited will pass the refund on to the customer within 7 working days, or within a reasonable amount of time since the item is advised not arrived. The customer agrees to respond and provide information, within a reasonable time, to any requests from Royal Mail and/or Law Enforcement.
Returns:
All returns accepted.
Payment:
payment expected within 3 days. Generally, Internet Trade Limited takes a relaxed attitude to payment times, especially if you are purchasing multiple items, as long as good contact is maintained. All Non-Paying buyers will be reported to eBay and eBay will take the appropriate action.
Statutory Rights:
Your statutory rights are not affected.
