Almost empty, this Drive provides plenty of storage for the new buyer. I can confirm all keys on this machine are working and the DVD Drive is reading both CD's and DVD's correctly. The BIOS Firmware has been updated to F24 (the latest version) so Windows 7 runs very well to its best performance. The 15.4 inch screen is in great shape, nice and glossy and very pleasing on the eye. Office 2016 software has been installed on this machine. There are a few small issues.
