• Our free design service covers basic tasks such as getting your design ready for print or adding text to a small number of different designs at our own discretion. We're not a design company but we're happy to help out with basic tasks to ensure that you receive the best results possible. If you're unsure then please get in touch via eBay messaging before placing your order.
 
• All items are custom made to order and we're unable to reproduce any copyrighted images or materials that violate copyright law.
 
• If you are placing an order for 2000+ units with special delivery please contact us first so that we can advise of a more accurate lead time. The free postage service is an estimated service only, if you need your order to arrive on a specific date please select the DPD option when checking out.
