Payments:
Payments must be made within 3 days of auction ending, we will accept paypal, UK personal cheques and postal orders.
If you intend to pay by cheque or postal order please email first for postal details.
If the item is offered for overseas sale, we only accept payment by paypal and in pounds sterling.
Cheque or Postal orders: item will be sent out once payment clears into account.
 
Delivery:
We aim to dispatch every order within 1-2 business working days once payment has cleared. International Customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties where applicable.
Exchanges:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase that is why we will exchange any item brought for another size or colour. Send your unworn and unwashed item within 7 days of receipt back to us along with a note stating which colour or size you would prefer. There is a re-stocking fee per item of £1.99 for UK and £4.99 for Europe. This is just to cover the re-packaging, re-delivery and labour costs of re-sending the corrected order.
 
Returns:
