Product Information
Period drama about sexual power and deceit in pre-revolutionary France in which two cruel ex-lovers plot to humiliate other members of the aristocracy. The Marquise de Merteuil offers the rakish Vicomte de Valmont a night in her boudoir if he deflowers a young virgin, but he is more concerned with chasing a young, married woman. This adaption of the classic Choderlos de Laclos novel won an Oscar for its screenplay.
