    Returns Policy & Terms and Conditions of Sale:
    Should you wish to return an item you must contact Baby-Direct within 14 days from date of receiving goods outlining your reason for return. Pending the outcome, Baby-Direct will then issue you with a returns code where necessary.
    Shipping costs back to us are borne by the customer. The costs for shipping an item back to us will not be reimbursed. All returned items must be in an unused condition.
    Should the goods be faulty you must report this to us immediately. We may request photographs or videos showing the fault. Once we have verified the item is faulty, we may send a replacement part or replacement product. This will not affect your statutory rights.
