what a fantastic company, great communication and excellent service.. your dispatch time could well have been perfect, but royal mail let you down. they sent me a notice that they had it on Saturday 26th April for delivery Monday 29th April.. Not delivered until Wednesday May 2nd.. but that's an issue you need to take up with them... for me, apart from royal mail, 100% perfect service..
