Terms and conditions of the sale
1. For each order we issue a VAT invoice. In the interest of the environment, we introduced an electronic invoice. The sales document in the form of a PDF file will be sent to the email address given in the order, within a few dozen or so hours after receipt of the payment, or in the case of postage, receipt of receipt that the order was received by you.
 
2. The sales document is generated automatically with the date of receipt or receipt of the goods. There is no way to change this date.
 
3. It is not possible to issue several sales documents for one order. If necessary, please contact us before making a purchase. For e-Bikes : The throttle is just an addition and the buyer is responsible for mounting it on his bike.
 
4. After purchase, please completely fill out the delivery form. In the "message for seller" field you can select additional parameters of the product (eg color, pattern).
 
5. The fastest and safest form of payment is PayPal. Your order is sent to you after payment has been made.
 
6. Time to pay is 10 days. After this date the order will be canceled.
 
7. All orders are made through a reputable courier company.
 
8. We can only deliver one order to one place. Otherwise, please complete the separate delivery forms for each order.
 
9. If the order is made after 2 P.M., the delivery will begin the next business day.
 
10. Delivery is 100% safe, as all shipments are insured to the full value at our expense. For safety reasons, large mattresses are hermetically rolled for transport. After receiving the goods, it should be unpacked immediately. It is not recommended to keep the mattress hermetically packed for more than 14 days. After unpacking the mattress, it should not be transported vertically.
 
11. Approximate execution time is given in each offer. Expressed in working days. It consists of the time it takes to ship the order from our warehouse as well as the time it takes to deliver it. If your order is made up of several products with different lead times, the longest of dates is counted.
 
12. A detailed price list of delivery costs, including all available delivery methods for a given product, is provided in the "Delivery and Payment" tab of the description of each item.
 
13. Courier is not obliged to bring goods into the apartment.
