Thought it was brass but they used the word “effect” instead of plastic. Quality on the plastic was clear, the instructions precise, but disappointed.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for buyers "thinking" the plaques are brass. Our title is "Engraved Brass or Brushed Silver Acrylic Memorial Plaque". We do not suggest that they are metal. We do state in the listing several times that these are made from laminated acrylic. We also advise buyers to read the full description to avoid disappoinment and we state in large lettering "THESE ARE NOT METAL". We are more than happy to hear all suggestions as to how we can make this more clear.
