IMPULSETX TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The agreement
A copy of these Terms and Condition of sale are posted in all our ads on eBay and by purchasing goods from ourselves you the buyer agreed to the Terms and Conditions at point of committing to buy.
Our Policy
It is our policy to ensure that your buying experience with impulsetx is has satisfying to you as it is to us. We strive to assist you in securing the purchase of goods at exceptional value for money rates, far below that of high street prices. In order to achieve our goal it is in the best interest of you, the 'buyer' and Impulsetx that we have terms and conditions of sale in place to both protect ourselves 'Impulsetx' and you the 'buyer'. It is assumed that you the 'buyer' agree and accept these terms and conditions upon purchase of goods from ourselves 'Impulsetx' upon payment for goods advertised on eBay under any heading 'Buy it Now, or 'Best Offer'. Goods purchased under auction listings are 'None Returnable'.
Cooling Off Period
There is a 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period for goods supplied by ourselves 'Impulsetx' for all goods purchased via 'Buy it Now' or 'Best Offer' following the date of receipt of the goods by you 'the buyer'. Date of receipt of the goods is traceable via carriers we use to supply delivery of any goods sold, however; we may request confirmation of delivery dates from you 'the buyer' following your request to return items purchased.
Carriage-Shipping-Postage
Carriage or postage charges are none refundable and in some cases we supply goods listed with free postage to maintain a competitive advantage against other suppliers of the same or similar products. When goods are supplied with free of charge postage at our discretion, an unspecified nominal deduction against any refund to you 'the buyer' will be made to cover any administration costs incurred by ourselves 'Impulsetx'. This nominal charge will not normally exceed 10% of the original purchase value excluding carriage or postage charges. Any carriage and postal charges made by ourselves 'Impulsetx' for goods supplied with a 'Free Delivery' listing will also be retained at cost to cover our out of pocket admin expenses.
Our undertaking to you is that it is our obligation to ensure that any goods purchased are dispatched within a reasonable timescale, usually within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment, excluding weekends. We do not accept liability for goods that are damaged in transit unless you 'the buyer' refuses to accept goods supplied at the point of receipt or signature and the goods are returned as 'Not Accepted'. At our discretion we do not accept any liability for goods that are lost by our appointed carrier in transit. In the event of none delivery, our undertaking is to provide you 'the buyer' with copies of any dispatch receipts for your own use to recover lost goods or gain compensation from our appointed carrier. In most cases postage labels are produced via the eBay 'Post Your Item' system where this is case, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their postage address details are correct at point of purchase on the eBay system in order to eliminate any increased possibility of loss. Please note that goods shipped via Royal Mail are not deemed lost/delayed until a 15 (Fifteen) working day time period has elapsed for UK internal mail, 20 (twenty) working days for European mail and up to 25 (twenty five) days for some countries. During this period we will not undertake to pursue Royal Mail/Shipping Agent on your behalf and no refunds or replacement goods will be made or dispatched. We will also require that you confirm in writing following the Royal Mail waiting period that you have not received the goods and that you have contacted your local sorting office. We also require confirmation of your FULL postal address in writing.
Testing Of Goods
All goods supplied listed as new are supplied to ourselves 'Impulsetx' direct from the manufacturer of those goods or their official represented agent. All goods supplied are extensively tested by the manufacturer before dispatch to ourselves 'Impulsetx' and are fully checked for serviceability upon receipt at our premises. It is our policy to reduce the instance of returns, therefore; we undertake to individually inspect every item for serviceability and functionality before dispatch.
Item Description
It is the responsibility of the buyer to fully read and understand our advert description including confirmation that our products are fully compatible in full including images, description of item for sale, its functionality and terms and conditions of sale in full before committing to purchase. If you the buyer do not understand our adverts or the functionality of any product in any way whatsoever, you agree to make contact via eBay messages or email where we will verify your query and answer any questions before your committal to purchase. If you the buyer commits to buy you agree that impulsetx are to be given a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue arising from sale before leaving negative or neutral feedback. It is agreed by you ‘the buyer’ to accept our terms and conditions of sale by committing to buy.
Item Not As Described
You the buyer before marking any item as 'Not as Described' agree to return the item/s in an unopened re-saleable condition within 14 days following confirmed receipt of any goods supplied by ourselves for a full item value refund under our terms and conditions laid out in Carriage-Shipping-Postage section above.
Feedback
We take Feedback very seriously and is very important to both buyers and sellers who use eBay. In every case, negative feedback can be avoided by communication between the buyer and the seller. Our undertaking to you is to fully investigate any loss, damage or faulty goods and to ensure a positive outcome between both buyer and seller.
You the buyer agree that by committing to purchase no negative feedback be posted by you the buyer until we have been given full opportunity to pursue all avenues to rectify a problem of any description. We are fully aware of the quality and serviceability of the goods that we supply, we are also very proud of our customer service policy, therefore; we expect that you 'the buyer' make contact with ourselves in order that we are given the opportunity to rectify any issue that you may have before any negative feedback comments are entered. Failure to allow Impulsetx the opportunity to resolve any issue before negative feedback or neutral comments are posted may result in further action being taken against you the buyer. This includes legal action being implemented by our appointed legal representative to restore our good name and damage to our reputation, any legal costs/damages incurred by ourselves in pursuit of such claims will be vigorously pursued via whatever legal means at our disposal. Buyers who leave neutral or negative feedback unfairly without allowing us the opportunity to rectify any query prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback will be subject to the following: 1. Buyers will be blocked from future purchases. 2. All and any warranty supplied with the goods will be deemed null and void. 3. Buyer will be reported to eBay customer services resulting in their buying activity being monitored by eBay.
Tampered/Damaged Goods
Goods returned that have been tampered with or clearly show damage by the buyer will be returned by us to you without refund and an invoice will be issued to cover any postage cost incurred before dispatch. Buyers should be aware that all goods supplied are invisibly security marked before dispatch to ensure that returned goods originated from our premises.
