Seller notes: “Engraving appears to be in Very Good Condition with no visible tears, creases, foxing or apparent ... “Engraving appears to be in Very Good Condition with no visible tears, creases, foxing or apparent age-toning to the wove paper. Margins have been trimmed. The engraving has not been examined outside of the frame as the backing paper is undisturbed. Antique Early C19th Ebonised Picture Frame is in Good Condition with no chips or losses, just heavy patination & wear to the ebonised finish so that the wood beneath is showing through mainly to the high points. The frame retains its original hand made wavy glass & brass hanging bale. There is no sign of woodworm. Any white marks are just flash reflections to the glass.”
