Faulty items need to be returned within 14 working days using a tracked postage service, we can then, on receipt, refund your money including postage after item assessment.

Actually your item was collected by Royal Mail on 30th April & received into the main sorting office on the 2nd May Royal Mail RM48 - Tracking number YD230229645GB - I suspect bank holiday might have delayed delivery maybe? Looking at your feedback left for others though your not a person to politely ask a question or think to hard. We offer upgraded postage services for items needed quicker like many other sellers, you might want to consider using them and you might not be disappointed so often
