APPROVAL
Artwork will only be sent to print once you are 100% happy and have given your final approval. However, after this point no further amendments can be made, so please be sure to check that all wording, spelling and grammar is correct before approving.
 
RETURNS
Please note that due to the nature of custom products, personalised items cannot be refunded/replaced unless the product is faulty/damaged upon arrival or the mistake is made by Pukka Peacock and proof of fault/damage is shown. If you are unhappy with your order please contact Pukka Peacock.
 
DELIVERY
You should expect delivery 7-10 working days, following your final approval. Please also consider that there will also be a period of proofing and amending first so make sure you leave plenty of time. Pukka Peacock are not responsible for any delays in proofs from the customer or delays in shipping that are beyond the control of Pukka Peacock. You will need to fold and secure Belly Bands yourself – they will be shipped flat.

Due to the nature of a digital file, refunds will not be offered after approval unless the mistake is made by Pukka Peacock.
Please refer to the printing instructions given when printing at home. Pukka Peacock is not liable for any issues encountered with personal printing equipment or stock. However, if you are having any trouble Pukka Peacock will be happy to assist in any way possible.
 
IMAGES
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, there may be slight differences in the colours that you see on your monitor and that of the final print.
 
PHOTOS
As much as Pukka Peacock will communicate with you regarding this, ultimately we are not liable for poor printing due to poor image quality. The photographer’s permission must be obtained when using any professional images to avoid copyright issues – any of which we are not responsible for.
